Welcome to Lima!

The 15th IOC World Conference on Sport for All will take place from 24 to 27 April 2013 in Lima, Peru. In addition to presentations by experts in Sport for All, the Conference format will encourage the exchange of best practices and networking and the sharing of practical examples of Sport for All programmes.

There is no longer any doubt that sport benefits society. The Conference will provide an opportunity for participants to learn from successful experiences in the promotion of physical activity.

Lima, the capital of Peru, will receive the participants on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. Lima blends the heritage of ancient cultures and the modern drive of a cosmopolitan city. Considered the gastronomic capital of America, it is the door to world marvels like Machu Picchu and the Nazca Lines.

Join us in Lima in April 2013 to debate the current and future trends in Sport for All!
